- Are prices including VAT?
- Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Finnish VAT (25.5%) applies to EU consumers. EU businesses can enter their VAT number to purchase without VAT.
- What counts as an email?
- Each individual delivery attempt counts as one email — whether it is a transactional API send or a contact in a broadcast.
- Is my data stored in the EU?
- Yes. Always. We are a Finnish company and all data is stored on EU-based infrastructure. No exceptions.
